A market leading fintech organisation is currently recruiting for Senior HR Executive to support the HR & TA Manager in Singapore due to growth

About the Job

As the Senior HR Executive, you will support the TA & HR Manager to recruit, retain and develop employees. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advice managers on HR policies and procedures and offer suggestions to improve HR processes and procedures
• Facilitate the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process.
• Working with HQ to implement an employee engagement survey and support on projects to improve engagement
• Assist in developing and implementing onboarding programs to ensure new employees feel welcomed and are set up for success.
• Manage the HR Onboarding process to make sure they meet HR compliance standards an apply for work visas where necessary
• Maintain the HRIS System making sure employee records are accurate
• Liaise with the HQ and outsourced payroll provider

Skills and Experience

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field along with at least 4+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced international environment. Prior experience in a Senior HR Executive position, particularly within the Financial Services, or a start up, is highly desirable. With excellent communications skills you will have a proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems and come up with solutions
