Be involved in all initiatives and processes relating to talent acquisition. This includes, but not limited to:
Identify areas to improve the employer branding in all external and internal online/print media
Partner with Function leaders to understand current and future needs to build a talent acquisition eco-system
Review and implementation of group recruitment process for sourcing, pre-screening, assessing and interview SOPs
Develop Talent Mapping tracking for key roles within the group and update them from time to time.
Provide analysis on recruitment sources within the group and fully utilise the recruitment budget of the group.
Act as the in-house recruiter for selected positions
Standardize job descriptions to a standard format
Conduct orientation program for Singapore new hires
Support/contribute to other projects relating to talent acquisition
HR Administration:
Provide employee relations support. Examples include processing new hires, employee changes and terminations, clarification on claims and leave entitlements, calculation of overtime/incentives, administration of referral programs, benefits administration and other similar duties.
Collate and analyse HR turnover and hiring reports from Australia
Organise lunch time training sessions for employees
Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance
appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents
Assist to communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to the employees
Handle administration of all contract labour
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of Human Resource, and at least 3 years in Talent Acquisition experience in both in-house recruitment or Employment Agencies
Good in MS Office
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop and learn new skills
