About The Role
HRSS Local Ops providing on the ground support to HRBPs for performing transactional/operational tasks which cannot be transitioned to the global hubs. The activities may range from providing support across LFR sensitive activities to supporting Factory BHR on various activities.
Your responsibilities
- Local champion of payroll and tax processes - ensure accuracy of payroll input and timely processing, end of the year tax support for local teams and expats, management of key data points to enable payment to individuals.
- International mobility - relocation management (complete administration and logistics relating to relocation (including processing transferee's benefits and pension), permit management (request/renew work permit or visa, liaise with relevant stakeholders to secure the proper permit for employee), tax management (manage administration and logistics relating to international tax and payment activities).
- People cost planning and CFC management - run periodic headcount planning and people cost monitoring activities.
- Audit - perform annual audit, supporting other functions audit activities regarding HR/employment related topic, ensure records are being retained for appropriate duration in line with local regulations.
- Own the company benefits provision and perform benchmarking exercise working with rewards partners.
- Local GSPP champion to execute implementation and support employees enrolment, termination and exercise options.
- Own, review and communicate HR policies, processes and procedures.
- PO management and monitoring. Work with Finance for accruals and expenses tracking.
- New joiner onboarding - support HRBP for new joiner onboarding activities.
The experience we're looking for
- Relevant Degree qualification, with 5-8 years of experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-driven individual with strong work ethic
- Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
