Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into effective HR initiatives.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and succession planning, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management processes to drive performance excellence.
- Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with employees, address concerns, and promote a positive work environment.
- Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, minimizing disruption and maximizing employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant Fields.
- Experience: At least 10 years of HR experience, preferably in Energy, Utilities or Engineering sector.
- Skills: Analytical, meticulous, logical, resourceful, driven, independent, problem-solver and strong stakeholder management.
