Administer the recruitment cycle from dratting and updating of job advertisements, job posting, screening of applicants, arranging for interviews, communicating job offers and on-boarding.
Administer the off-boarding process, including work-pass cancellations, tax clearance.
Prepare employee contracts and all HR letters.
Administer employee-related and office insurance renewals and updates.
Administer employee medical benefits, leave administration, staff attendance, security access.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Maintain employee documents and data in HR systems and personnel physical files.
Process payroll including income tax, CPF, NS-Make up pay
Administer surveys from various ministries.
Administer emails, phone calls on behalf of HR Department.
