Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of routine caregiving approach, lesson experiences and learning materials
- Plan and deliver school curriculum using age-appropriate teaching aids to foster holistic learning and development
- Evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum and programmes to ensure that it aligns with the centre's policies and framework
- Set up an engaging learning environment and maintain upkeep of teaching resources, materials and displays in the classroom
- Engage the children meaningfully through effective communication and nurture them with love and affection
- Document children's progress and address the children's educational and developmental needs
- Complete the progress report and developmental portfolio for each child every semester
- Carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of the children
- Build and maintain positive relationship with children and their parents
Requirements
- Must have EY1/EY2 Certification from ECDA
- Must have Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) / Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care CITC (with EYDF) / Advanced Certificate in Early (ACEY) with a minimum 4 years of related experience
- Excellent communication skills to engage and communicate with children and parents
- Possess leadership skills and passion in mentoring your team of Infant Educators
- Possess a positive working attitude and is passionate and enthusiastic with the drive to nurture preschool children aged 2 to 17 months

Working Hours
- Rotating Shifts
- 5-day work week + 1 Saturday (half day) per month
- Week with a working Saturday: Monday to Friday - 7.5hrs exclude 1 hour lunch break, Saturday - 4.5hrs no lunch
- Week with non-working Saturday: Monday to Friday - 8 to 8.5hrs exclude 1 hour lunch break
- Centre operates from 7am to 7pm (Monday to Friday) and 7am to 2pm (Saturday)
Salary
$2,700 and above (Salary will commensurate with education and experience)
