Lead design efforts through all phases of Workplace projects including guiding, advising and mentoring other designers on projects, developing design directions and leading design critiques/forums
Acting as primary design interface with clients selecting interior finishes, furniture and equipment
Producing space plans, furniture plans, elevations, conceptual and finished design presentation documentation
Providing solutions to design problems and generating design alternatives
Reviewing drawings, mockups, materials and finish samples submitted by project contractors
Management of projects to target deadlines and budgets
Conceptualize; execute and implement creative ideas
Liaise with suppliers / contractors / clients required for all projects
Involve in site measurement, layout plan & selection of material used
Evaluate staff competency and recommend training for design staff as necessary
Delivering the highest quality of professional service engaging with clients
Recruit, develop and mentor design staff across a broad range of experience levels to work
To mentor creative, give clear direction, and give constructive criticism
Differentiate between good and great and what it takes to work with a team to get there
Reviewing & analyzing Company's key performance indicators and mapping out improvement initiatives/actions for improvement
Job Requirements
Professional Degree in Architecture with 5 years of experience
Ability to communicate new ideas
Demonstrable exemplary drawing skills
Record of creative proficiency
Strong oral and written communications skills
Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex
Demonstrated ability to work independently with others while also providing mentoring when necessary
Competent interpersonal skills and the aptitude to work effectively with others
