Senior Interior Designer [Residential / Portfolio]

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate with the Director to manage and address sales inquiries as part of a team.
• Oversee a minimum of 6-8 projects simultaneously, ensuring effective project management.
• Understand client requirements and develop design proposals and mood boards.
• Create 2D spatial layout plans for interior design projects.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ) quotations for accurate project budgeting.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to meet client needs and resolve any issues.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure high standards of on-site work and successful project completion.
• Assist clients with selecting materials, accessories, and furniture by accompanying them to vendor locations as needed.
• Coordinate with the in-house drafter and 3D design team to ensure design consistency and effectiveness.
• Research and source reference materials to verify that products and materials meet project requirements.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience managing condo and landed property projects.
• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed design layouts.
• Team player with a collaborative and effective work ethic.
