Responsibilities:
- Identify and source potential investment opportunities in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Assist in the execution of M&A, debt and equity financing, and strategic advisory transactions for clients within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Perform in-depth financial modeling and due diligence to evaluate potential investments.
- Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations for senior management.
- Assist in transaction execution, including negotiating terms and preparing closing documents.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio investments, providing insights for optimization.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
- Ideally with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk analysis, with a proven ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with senior management and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
