A. Responsibilities
a) In-depth knowledge of networking (access network, IP network and DWDM)
b) Making network cable, installation of hardware and basic setup, Hardware spare replace
c) Understanding of operation process and procedure
d) L1 operation and support using Huawei basic operation GUI and tools, including daily health check, end user support, weekly/monthly routine operation
e) Proficient in configuration and troubleshooting of network equipment, logs collection and on-site support
f) Follow up on the Day-2 maintenance issues and actively update customer about the status
g) Support project implantation assigned by project manager
h) Lead of Resident Engineer Team
i) Other tasks assigned by customer
B. Requirement
a) Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science
b) 8-10 years of experience in network engineering (access network, IP network and DWDM)
c) Knowledge and experience on IP addressing and subnetting
d) Experience with coordinating with multiple vendors for network deployment
e) Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking
f) Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
g) Meticulous, dateline oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task
h) Huawei Network certification is requied
