Responsibilities
- Configure and manage infrastructure systems, applications, and network equipment (e.g., Active Directory, data centers, firewalls, VPN, video conferencing).
- Oversee desktops, mobile, and remote devices.
- Ensure automated backups, disaster recovery processes, and system patches, with close monitoring of resource usage.
- Work with external vendors to uphold SLAs.
- Develop and update technical documentation (admin and user guides).
- Support local and international users over LAN/WAN securely.
- Identify suitable products, solutions, and suppliers for project needs.
- Provide L1/L2 support and participate in projects as a lead or team member.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or CCNA Certification.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in enterprise networking (WAN, LAN, VPN optimization).
- Skilled in Microsoft Server (2012+), Microsoft 365, Google Suite.
- Knowledgeable in internet architecture (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, Firewall).
- Familiar with Alcatel PABX, FortiGate, Cisco, and Unifi Wireless AP Controller.
- Strong understanding of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity PDPA familiarity preferred.
- Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is beneficial.
- Background in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is a plus.
