Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of key products in alignment with the sales strategy
  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with both existing and potential customers to uncover new business opportunities and address customer needs
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products that best meet those needs.
  • Proactively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Employ creative strategies to expand your accounts and serve as a valuable partner to your customers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
  • Continuously review and improve your sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding the sales targets set by the company.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with potential and existing customers, including nurses, doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive strategic initiatives

Preferred Experience And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science/ Pharmacy/ Nursing
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the Medical Device industry.
  • Experience in ICU will be highly considered
  • Experience in channel management
