Responsibilities
- Take direction from project leader and contribute to the projects design evolution
- Develop design solutions from conceptual level through construction documentation
- Manage design and visualisations utilising 2D/3D software
- Coordinate with Project leader, client team, project manager, consultants, and vendors
- Manage tasks and deliverables to follow project timelines
- Conduct site visits/inspections relating to design briefing, project technical coordination and review
- Contribute to the studio's research and development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture/ Masterplanning
- 5+ years of project experience in various project sectors and sizes
- Professional registration (SILA), affiliation and /or other accreditation preferred
- Green Rating accreditation preferred (ie. Green Mark, LEED, etc)
- A rigorous understanding of sustainable urbanism best practice principles
- Knowledge and experience in CAD
- Proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and MS Office Suite and relevant 2D/3D software
- Possess strong verbal and written communication, graphic and organisational skills
- In-depth knowledge of planting species, relevant design codes, standards and compliance in SEA context
- Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of an effective team in a dynamic and fast paced environment
