Senior Lead Chemical Engineer - Pyrolysis/ Biochar/ Syngas

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the engineering and production teams.
• Conduct and lead tests on different feedstocks and analyze system outputs.
• Oversee system design and ensure optimization and regulatory compliance.
• Lead safety analyses including HAZOP and HAZID.
• Develop and update SOPs and operational manuals.
• Provide support for system installations and ongoing operations.
• Lead research and development projects.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• With Degree or Above in Chemical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiarity with pyrolysis, syngas and biochar is advantageous.
• Proficient in using Aspen HYSYS for simulation tasks.
