Senior Leasing Manager

Responsibilities:

- Propose Business Plan, Brand Positioning, Tenant-mix Positioning, Marketing Strategy

and Tactics

- Budgeting and forecasting

- Identify, seek and secure suitable potential Tenants, temporary licencees, partnership

and sponsorships

- Seek new, first of its kind in Asia, Singapore etc unique concepts

- Oversee the end-to-end lease transactions,

- Oversee the execution of building South Beach Community, placemaking, casual

leasing.

- Measure the success of the events and form learning points

- Oversee internal and external communications.

- Any other initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience in real estate commercial leasing experience

- Good understanding of property markets, trends, pricing and rental structures

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Driven, outgoing and team player
