Senior M&E Engineer

Your new company
Our client, a Class A1 General Builder Contractor firm, has diversified interests in construction, engineering, manufacturing, and trading. Their construction division specializes in building iconic landmarks, infrastructure projects, and residential developments, while their engineering expertise spans electrical, mechanical, and civil disciplines. In response to their recent growth and expansion, they are currently seeking to augment their team with the addition of a Senior Electrical Engineer.

Your new role
A few of your responsibilities would be

. Deliver projects within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.

. Interpret technical designs and drawings for on-site construction.

. Ensure compliance with regulations and client specifications.

. Coordinate M&E services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission.

. Integrate Civil, Architectural, and M&E works on-site with stakeholders.

. Plan and monitor work schedules for timely task completion.

. Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers.

. Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues.

. Coordinate site inspections and ensure safety and housekeeping standards.

. Adhere to safety and health regulations, aiming for zero accidents.

What you'll need to succeed

. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

. At least 4 years of experience in a related field.

. Understand safety and quality standards.
