Senior/M&E Quantity Surveyor (A1 main contractor)

Our client is a leading and reputable A1 main contractor with a strong record of mixed development, residential, commercial and MRT projects. They're currently looking for Senior/M&E Quantity Surveyors to join their dynamic team for various iconic building projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage all costs related to mechanical & electrical engineering projects
• Ensure that M&E installations are delivered within budget
• Develop comprehensive project budgets and monitor financial progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage contracts and bids for M&E suppliers and subcontractors
• Review and ensure all M&E works are in compliance with building and safety standards
• Evaluate contract terms with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
• Coordinate closely with clients, architects and engineers to resolve any M&E related contractual disputes

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in the construction industry with a focus on M&E projects
• Knowledgeable in M&E systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems etc.
