Roles and Responsibilities
. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee the execution to ensure it aligns with initial plans.
. Monitor project timelines and budgets, adjusting as necessary to keep the project on track.
. Monitor the performance of team members, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
. Oversee the recruitment and training of project staff, ensuring they are qualified and equipped for their roles.
. Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the Construction Industry.
. Good knowledge of Singapore Building and Construction safety regulations.
. Well-versed in English and Mandarin.
