- Responsible for Analyzer System Integration (ASI) business including Service and expanding its business with profits including Financial KPI's.
- Manage entire ASI Project Delivery Organization including Engineering, Service and Gas Chromatography Lab departments.
- Develop remote engineering with utilization of overseas resources and support to develop a business model for low cost, highly competitive projects while positioning for large/mega project executions.
- Close regional collaboration to enhance global Analyzer System Integration/Gas Chromatography business for long term sustainability.
- Support Headquarters in implementing Analyzer System Integration/Gas Chromatography business operations and its services globally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field). Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in analyzer system integration, project management, or a related field, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in the principles and practices of system integration, as well as knowledge of industry standards.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams, with a focus on driving high performance and team development.
- Skilled in managing client expectations and maintaining strong client relationships.
