What You'll Do:
- Support Group Risk & Business Continuity Management branch focusing on Enterprise Risk Management and ensuring risks are managed according to the Group's risk appetite framework.
- Facilitate risk assessment workshops with business units to ensure key risks are identified, reported and managed.
- Implement Control Self-Assessment to provide assurance on the effectiveness and adequacy of controls.
- Provide Board and Management Risk Committee meetings support e.g. preparation/collation of board papers, minutes of meeting, matters arising, presentation slides etc.
- Regular monitoring and reporting of risk dashboards, e.g. risk registers, status of mitigations, key risk indicators, statistics etc., at Board/Management meetings.
- Support business units to perform risks assessment for contract deviations.
- Project risk management for key IT/OT projects.
- Promote risk management awareness e.g. organize and run GRBCM Day, conduct risk management training for staff etc.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fast learner and highly adaptable
