As SITs lifelong learning champion, SITLEARN offers stackable and standalone Continuous Education and Training (CET) courses to working adults of all ages who are keen to upskill or reskill to gain new skills and knowledge that can be applied in their current workplace, or into a new industry that mid-careerists aspire to transit towards. Our SIT CET courses, infused with applied learning elements, are developed in consultation with industry and professional bodies to ensure relevance to the workforce. Our division is therefore expanding the diversity of our CET course offerings. We have a team of highly trained staff who support the division in the end-to-end planning and administration of CET courses.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the division to lead and supervise team leads and staff to work with multiple stakeholders to deliver smooth execution of all CET activities with excellence as evidenced by high customer and stakeholders service ratings.
Lead and supervise teams to work closely with Finance and other SITLEARN teams to ensure timely revenue collections and efficient use of financial resources to deliver CET activities within the approved budget.
Lead teams to support Division to achieve full compliance to funding agency requirements and work across other teams for good governance, e.g. CET exam administrations.
Review, improve and/or formulate processes or controls to improve work productivity and/or governance, as necessary. Build capabilities to increase work productivity through automation and digitalisation including improving current systems and with a new IT system for CET course registrations.
Support any other administrative duties or projects as required.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification with at least six to eight years of relevant work experience; prior experience working with educational institutions will be advantageous;
Extensive experience with administration support and/or events management, with a strong drive to excel in multitasking and stakeholder coordination.
Well-armed with experience dealing with course operations, processes and systems would be advantageous.
Demonstrate a customer-oriented approach and agree that maintaining a positive, proactive and professional attitude can enhance job satisfaction, even when managing multiple deadlines.
Organised and meticulous with a keen eye for details and to spot missing information (if any).
Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
