Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of the Consumer Group Business and market trends.
. Collaborate with Consumer Leadership Team to define long-term goals, priorities, establish a robust system for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Consumer Group Business.
. Utilize data analytics and conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and threats. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance against targets and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
. Lead the development of annual operating plans for the Consumer Group Business, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
. Collaborate across various functions within the Consumer Business Group and other key stakeholders to meet overall company objectives and budgeting/forecast exercise
. Work closely with finance and other relevant teams to monitor and report on budget performance, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Qualifications
. Bachelor's degree
. Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, business analytics, or a related role within the telecommunications or consumer services industry.
. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Desired Skills and Experience:
. Experience with strategic planning frameworks and methodologies.
. Strong quantitative skills and experience with data analysis.
. Experience with financial modelling
