Job Responsibilities:
- Involve in the development and execution of the strategic vision for the Future Communications business, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead the research, development and deployment of advanced communication technologies, including next-gen Cellular Network, IoT and next-gen networking solutions (including network waveform and management)
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the communications industry
- Collaborate and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and growth
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Ensure all communication technologies and solutions comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing team of product line managers
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in the communications industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading successful projects and teams
- Strong understanding of communication protocols, waveform design and experience with Software Defined Radio platforms
- Experience in developing and executing strategic plans
