Role Responsibilities

  • A senior member of the People Leadership team, reporting to the Group Head of People
  • Leading People Operations (inc. payroll, work permits, employee lifecycle, HR Helpdesk, etc) for Hong Kong and Singapore
  • HR Business partnering with a number of senior leaders owning the planning, management, and delivery of people-related projects to instigate and deliver business change at both a regional and global level
  • Line management for the People function in Asia
  • Evaluating the People function for the region and filling it by growing existing people and hiring externally where needed
  • Financial budgeting ownership for people-related costs for the region
  • Lead the development of employee engagement plans and drive increased employee engagement rates across the region
  • Stay abreast of relevant employment legislation, ensuring that policies and practices remain up-to-date and compliant
  • Partner with compensation & benefits to ensure that our compensation and benefits offerings are competitive in the local market
  • In partnership with Talent Acquisition, support the recruitment activities in the region through participating in interviews and overseeing the onboarding process
  • Act as the escalation point for employee relations issues, ensuring cases are dealt with promptly and in line with company policy and relevant employment law.

  • Onboarding satisfaction score

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a regional People (HR) leader in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing a People function
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience influencing stakeholders at senior levels
  • You enjoy taking the initiative to create, develop and run processes
  • High EQ. You're good with people.
  • Highly motivated team player who enjoys collaborating with others
