Job Description

The HR Services Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing a variety of subject-matter areas within HR services, including end-to-end employee life cycle and payroll processing for different countries. This role is key in driving clarity in HR services operating models, developing and governing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with different countries employment regulations, and functioning as a key liaison with HR business partners.

Key responsibilities :


Manages the business-as-usual (BAU) end-to-end HR services, from onboarding through offboarding for different countries, ensuring seamless employee experience
Ensures that HR services are consistently operationalized within SOPs, compliant with country regulations and aligned with the business directions
Functions as the main liaison amongst recruitment, HR business partners and HRIS teams to enable smooth HR services provision, ensuring alignment and connecting the dots effectively
Optimizes usage of HR systems, tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Leads and develops a high-performing HR services team, providing coaching, mentoring, encouraging collaborative teamwork and good communication skills
Constantly challenges the status-quo to uplift the operating standards of the HR services team
Where relevant, will be engaged to participate in HR compliance initiatives
Where relevant, responsible to drive initiatives, particularly relating to enhancing process efficiencies

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
More than 15 years of experience in HR operational roles, with 8 to 10 years managerial experience in a regional or global environment
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Proven experience in HR operations management and project implementation
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives
Excellent planning and organization skills and attention to details
Strong problem solving abilities
