Responsibilities
You will be part of the HR partners team playing a crucial role to support our line departments across full spectrum of HR operations. From managing recruitment efforts to driving key HR initiatives, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver HR solutions. You will oversee key areas such as conduct and discipline, awards administration, and official overseas trips. You will also have the opportunity to lead or participate in HR projects focused on improving work processes and exploring the adoption of technology to enhance HR operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of working experience in HR. Experience in HR Business Partnership role would be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, writing, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines, resourceful and resilient.
