Senior Manager, Leasing and Community Building, Placemaking (South Beach Consortium)

Responsibilities:

• Propose Business Plan, Brand Positioning, Tenant-mix Positioning, Marketing Strategy and Tactics
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Identify, seek and secure suitable potential Tenants, temporary licencees, partnership and sponsorships
• Seek new, first of its kind in Asia, Singapore etc unique concepts
• Oversee the end-to-end lease transactions,
• Oversee the execution of building South Beach Community, placemaking, casual leasing.
• Measure the success of the events and form learning points
• Oversee internal and external communications.
• Represent SBC as the Alternate Director on the Board of Marina Central BID
• Keep abreast of new market trends and apply to SBC
• Any other initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in real estate commercial leasing experience
• Good understanding of property markets, trends, pricing and rental structures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Driven, outgoing and team player
