You will be reporting directly to the General Manager, Lexus Sales, responsible for the overall success of the Lexus brand in the market in terms of sales performance and market share growth.- Formulate business objectives and operational plans, sales strategies (B2B and B2C), and operating budgets to achieve business targets in accordance with both Companys, as well as our OEM partners strategic objectives.
Strategize the go-to-market proposition and ensure achievement of the annual operation plan, both top-line and bottom-line targets. Achieving success against other strategic KPIs is required, such as Financing and Insurance penetration rate and Trade-in rate.
- Drive business outcomes through strong stakeholder management of both internal and external stakeholders through leadership and influencing skills.
Engage our OEM partner and partner them towards achieving our sales performance and market share for the brand.- Drive the Lexus boutiques customer experience to ensure they meet brand standards and create a positive customer experience.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, compliments, and complaints. Come up with innovative ways to mitigate problems and improve customers experience.
- Oversee the showroom operations, ensure that sales showroom, processes, operations are maintained at optimal and compliant level.
You will also be assigned functional related adhoc projects and duties from time to time, and you will collaborate with inter-depts to ensure targets / objectives are met.
Proven track record of leadership and managerial skills while providing exceptional customer service is required.- Minimum 8 years of Sales & People Management role.
Possess leadership skills to lead, motivate and manage the sales team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Positive approach towards problem solving.
