As a Senior / Marketing Manager, you will:
- Lead a team managing more than 2 business units / brands
Develop consumer communication campaigns and activations that will recruit quality leads, which will be successfully converted into test drives and order take.
- Design consumer communication campaigns and activations that will build our brand, driving traffic to our digital and physical sites, increasing engagement resulting in heightened brand love and loyalty.
Work with digital team,- Align digital strategy framework and targets to attain leads and traffic targets
Drive SEO strategy supported by on-going monitoring of performance and progress
- Design and implement strategies that will ensure cost effective campaigns
Constant improvement to customer journeys to extend customer lifetime value with our brands- Leverage digital insights generated by media agencies and digital team to drive CRM and marketing automation initiatives
Build return on investment measurement structure to build learnings and effect cost effective and impactful future activations and campaigns
- People and talent management lead and development team under your care
Take part in projects that may be out of your direct business scope to drive future growth, cost optimization or brand build for the organization
At least 8 years of experience in marketing and/or retail ecommerce in a multichannel environment- An enthusiastic advocate for consumer marketing and a demonstrated ability to deliver results/change drive by insights from data
Result driven with a good understanding of Demand Generation: covering both SEO & SEM approaches to leveraging Social for branding, sales driven campaigns and activations
- Knowledgeable in digital best practice: Mobile optimization, designing customer journeys, optimizing conversion rates and leads recruitment
Adaptable, quick-thinking and solution centric individual who can keep pace with a fast-changing marketplace
