Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and manage a 360-degree marketing strategy across online and offline channels. This individual will oversee a Creative Marketing Manager, Branding Manager, Social Content Executive, Creative Designer, and an Operations Manager. The role requires strong leadership skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to drive topline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing and creative professionals.
- Oversee merchandising and buying strategies, working closely with a team of buyers based in Singapore and consultants in Hong Kong.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and sponsors.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to align marketing efforts with the brand's vision and goals.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive in the fashion and beauty industries.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, ideally within the fashion or beauty sectors
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
- Strong understanding of merchandising and the multi-label brand environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills; ability to be a connector and manage relationships effectively.
- Competency-driven with the ability to work closely with the hiring manager and manage expectations.
- Growth mindset with a proactive approach to challenges and problem-solving.
