Job Description

The Senior / Manager will belooking into Performance and Reward (P&R) areas, including the development of planning and implementation of P&R programs, policies and procedures in close partnership with key stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review, develop and drive the design and implementation of P&R policies and projects in alignment with NUHS's policies and directions. This includes day to day management of activities as well as working closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of rewards services to staff.
  • Provide informed perspectives to HR Centres of Excellence (CoE) and other stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of existing policies, guidelines and procedures by proposing plan revision that reflects hospital needs.
  • Project manage end to end processes of planning and implementation of relevant policies and programs and co-ordinate the relevant key strategic P&R processes, working with HR BPs to interface with the HODs.
  • Provide advice to HR partners and other stakeholders on pay decisions, policy and guideline, interpretation and job evaluation.
  • Develop change management strategy, communication plans and activities including preparing materials and organising sessions to engage management and staff in the implementation of various pay policies.
  • Plan and implement consistent rollout and adoption of benefits including effective communication and education strategies.
  • Understand P&R and Benefits systems in depth and partner COEs and Shared Services to deliver improvements and enhancements as needed
  • Work closely with Shared Services team on operational matters to ensure compliance and data integrity
  • Handle compensation and benefits audit exercises and ensuring follow up actions are completed on time.
  • Manage and resolve compensation-related issues / queries from internal and external stakeholders - senior management, HODs, HR partners etc.
  • Lead, implement and manage HR projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from a recognised university
  • Minimum 8 years of strong track record in Performance and Rewards with 3 to 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written communication including strong presentation and engagement skills.
  • Good project management skills and knowledge.
  • Meticulous with strong analytical proficiency
  • Team player with the ability to relate with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Independent and confident with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel.
