Make an Impact by
Budget and drive targets such as acquisitions and revenue drivers, churn and ARPU (Average Revenue Per User).
Guide staff and provide direction, improve performance by offering advice, coaching, and implementing efficient work processes
Weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting and analysis on key drivers and product performance, including coordination with other internal departments to ensure data accuracy and robustness
Develop strategy and strategic planning for the CIS business across key areas such as price plans, value added services (VASes), equipment and roaming services
Drive revenue by launching new products, activating additional sales channels, devising bundling strategy, revised pricing proposition, conducting thorough competitive analysis, policy and IT (Information Technology) configuration making.
Devise crisp and compelling messaging and present mobile plans, value added services in ways that will strengthen brand and boost sales to new and current customers.
Design effective campaigns after market research activities; craft effective sales pitch tools to enable and activate Sales channels to drive postpaid subscribers acquisition increasing attachment / ARPU.
Skills for Success
Min Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or related fields
10 years relevant experience in financial management, marketing and/or economics
Strong knowledge of managing subscription-based services
Stakeholder/project management skills
Analytical with good business acumen
Able to thrive in a fluid, demanding, and rapidly growing environment
Excellent leadership and people skills with the ability to manage a team
