Key Area Of Responsibilities
Responsible for the total retail end in mind vision for the region. This is retail leadership role thatdrives innovative consumer experiences within the region - this includes strategic local insight & execution of

- Retail Brand Experience & Operation
- Lead & drive ROA retail roadmap planning, annual budget, action plans, annual retail brand experience calendar to meet business and brand needs.
- Work closely with APAC RBE team, adapt and leverage the APAC campaign directive to formulate ROA retail campaign plans, weight in with local relevance, balance with various channels (DTC, DTP, APD, TABS), local seasonality, consumer culture and commerce drivingactivations.
- Own and prepare retail campaign production, manage HK & TW production budget, forboth DTC&DTP, optimize budget to be spent effectively and ensure all projects arecompleted to brief on time and within budget.
- Train and Supervise Asia Distributors VM team to ensure retail campaign roll out onbrand and on standard, provide guidance based on product availability, support newstore opening zoning based on assortment planning.
- Support ROA marketing activation, community growth & engagement, ensure an integratedconsumer footprint in stores, actively support XPLR membership recruitment instore;
- Work closely with cross-function teams to drive focused impact of marketing initiatives
- Support retail operation from annual sales, XPLR members activation, sales meeting show roomset up and other marketplace transformation initiatives (i.e. upgrade, summit zone, kids zone,etc.)8. Vendor management to ensure the high quality and on time deliverables
- Visual Merchandising
- Lead and adapt visual merchandising strategy to meet business and brand needs in localmarkets, hands-on & training support in key projects.
- Responsible for all the VM material inventory management, real time monitor the inventory ofmannequins, hangers, air bags & paper bags, etc, well arranged on resources with balancingboth inventory and usage in DTC & DTP.
- Create the training tools for boot camp for ROA VMs, support territory team on train-the-trainerprogram to OVM, partner's VM & store associates,
- Train up VM in Singapore, cascade retail implementation plan to APAC distributor for them toexecute locally, provide direction and feedback to APAC distributors on objectives and strategiesrelated to campaign launch plan, new store fixtures, product presentation; maintain a consistentbrand image; creating impactful visual merchandising
- Partner with ANZ RBE team, support new store opening planning and guide campaignadaptation and VM tools;
