POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager Security will be responsible for ensuring the consistency and excellence of security policies and standards across all our operation sites. This role will develop and uphold Group-wide policies, manage data integrity and governance, and act as the domain expert to enhance operational excellence and build capabilities across various sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consistency:
- Develop, implement, and maintain Group-wide security policies and standards to ensure consistency across all operations.
- Serve as the guardian of these policies, ensuring they are adhered to and effectively communicated across all sites.
- Oversee data management and governance, ensuring the integrity and security of all data, including Level 2 (L2) assurance.
Excellence:
- Act as the domain knowledge expert, providing guidance and support to all sites to ensure operational excellence in security practices. Including and not limited to: Security Strategy, Security Technology, Incident Response and Investigation, Security Training and Awareness Program, Group Reporting.
- Lead initiatives to enhance security capabilities and build competencies across various locations.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with security standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior security role, preferably within the energy sector.
- Extensive knowledge of security policies, standards, and governance.
- Proven experience in data management and assurance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on consistency and operational excellence.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- High level of integrity and commitment to upholding the company's values.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
