About our Line of Business - Mission Software & Services

Our Mission Software & Services business provides leading-edge mission critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. We support our client's innovation journey through design thinking, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support with our full suite of cloud computing solutions. We provide intelligent, actionable insights and sustainable solutions to our valued partners in diverse industries including defence, government, and commercial sectors.

As part of the Strategic Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in planning, analyzing and formulating strategies and policies to support the future requirements of MSS and growing the business. You will be exposed to working with different business units and various levels of seniority and be expected to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to dissect matters and recommend interventions or improvements.

• Plan, direct and drive framing and development of overall business strategy for MSS
• Work closely with senior management to help mature opportunities to grow the business.
• Carry out industry, value chain and feasibility studies to support management in decision making.
• Conduct market study, support and recommendation for strategic investment and M&A.
• Support and drive cadence of leadership and management meetings.
• Formulate strategies and policies with stakeholders to strengthen the ecosystem to support the future requirements of MSS amidst an evolving and fast- changing landscape.
• Analyze and understand complex policy issues, potential trade-offs and recommend interventions, viability of partnerships and process improvements.

Qualities We Value

• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to dissect complex matters and suggest strategic solutions.
• Fun loving, self-motivated, adaptable to changes, with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and other helpful qualities for a high-growth environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
