Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager/Director with an extensive network within top-tier global financial institutions or tech companies. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing world-class talent for our executive leadership team and critical roles. As a key component of our HR strategy, you will directly oversee the recruitment of C-suite executives and technical leaders, with a particular focus on candidates from premier investment banks, brokerages, exchanges, or tech giants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage your deep network within global financial institutions or top tech firms to identify and attract top-tier executives with industry-leading skills and experience.
- Talent Pooling: Build and maintain a robust database of high-potential candidates to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified talent and rapid response to future hiring needs.
- Talent Mapping: Conduct in-depth industry research and talent mapping to identify key talent within our competitors.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with market trends and company growth objectives to attract top talent globally.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with global headhunters, recruitment consultants, and industry experts to enhance our company's brand and attractiveness in the talent market.
- Interviewing and Assessment: Participate in the interview process for senior-level candidates to ensure alignment with our company culture and strategic direction.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience within the financial industry (investment banking, brokerage, exchange, etc.) or top-tier tech companies, with a strong focus on executive-level or core product/technology roles.
- Network: Possess an extensive global network of senior talent within the financial or technology sectors, enabling rapid identification of potential candidates.
- Talent Pooling and Mapping: Proven ability to build robust talent pools and conduct in-depth talent mapping, demonstrating a keen understanding of industry trends and job requirements.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with global candidates and conduct effective negotiations.
- Results-Oriented: Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, driving the recruitment process and ensuring timely filling of critical roles.
