A leading healthcare organisation is seeking for a senior HR manager to drive talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives. This key role will spearhead Recruitment, sponsorship and employer branding initiatives to build robust Talent pipelines that align with the organisation's current and future Workforce needs.
Your new role
As the Senior HR Manager, you will manage a sizeable team, lead recruitment efforts, drive employer branding initiatives, and develop strategic partnerships with stakeholders. The successful candidate will utilise data analytics to forecast hiring needs, optimise recruitment processes, and ensure the organisation remains a leading employer of choice.
Your day-to-day job scope includes, but not limited to, the following:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, and professional networks.
- Lead the recruitment process, from screenings to offers, monitoring key metrics.
- Drive employer branding initiatives through events, scholarship/sponsorship programs, and webinars.
- Manage sponsorship schemes, branding efforts, and selection processes.
- Develop recruitment dashboards and reports to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with Manpower Planning to forecast recruitment needs and project annual hiring targets.
- Align recruitment strategies with organisational objectives and report key hiring metrics to Group HR.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum Bachelor degree with 8 years of experience, preferably with a few years in a Talent Acquisition role and/or experience managing scholarship/sponsorship schemes.
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving recruitment objectives.
- Expertise in leveraging social media, resume databases and professional networks to attract talent.
- Proven track record of full-cycle recruitment including using various interview techniques and assessment methodologies.Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics platforms to monitor KPIs such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire and cost-efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data insights effectively to stakeholders.
