Position Overview
Vantage is seeking a high-potential, detail-oriented and dynamic Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition APAC. You will be responsible for a team of five (5) people who are responsible for the full talent acquisition lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Fundamental to this will be the effective development and execution of the company's hiring plan, headcount planning, data-driven reporting, diversity and inclusion, and scaling culture. You will use our values and strive for greatness to guide and develop the next generation of employees to empower Vantage Data Centers to continue to succeed in achieving its mission and vision.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead recruiting efforts and create a lasting and impactful candidate experience; ensure efficient program flow with our internal business partners, while focusing on consistency.
- Focus on passive sourcing with a goal of eliminating 3rd party staffing agency support.
- Leverage technology such as ChatGPT, Textio, Prelude, LinkedIn and others to find the very best candidates.
- Lead the management of end-to-end talent acquisition practices including but not limited to sourcing, recruiting, diversity & inclusion, talent acquisition operations (including the management of our agency PSL) with a specific aim of increasing the number of high-quality direct hires into the business.
- In partnership with North American and EMEA TA leaders, continue to simplify and improve global recruiting process including the upskilling of Vantage management and leadership in best practice (as well as consistent) recruiting practices.
- Work collaboratively and in partnership with a variety of stakeholders from Design & Engineering, Construction, Software Engineering, IT, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources. Develop relationships with those stakeholders to better understand the business and future needs in each department.
- Develop and implement the talent acquisition strategy and plan for each year while suggesting process improvements, platforms, and awareness of current trends.
- Support the implementation and optimization of ATS software (and associated metrics) to drive performance, decision making and improved outcomes.
- Provide trends, analysis, and intelligence on existing (as well as new country) labor and recruiting market practices and planning (when considering new territories) to ensure talent acquisition can be delivered according to business need.
- Manage and mentor team members in Talent Acquisition to improved (partnering) performance and delivery, always in keeping with Vantage values.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent/Acquisition & managing the full talent acquisition life cycle within high growth companies is preferred.
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Recent experience with Workday Recruiting is preferred.
- Data Center experience also preferred, but not essential however should have track record recruiting into technical roles (Design, Engineering, Construction etc.)
- Demonstrable track record of improving talent acquisition processes, optimizing candidate experience, improving direct hire/fill rates, improving onboarding experiences and then building internal talent pipelines (feeding into workforce/succession planning)
- Knowledge of ATS systems and highly adept with data, analytics, and commercials
- A team player that can influence and develop effective partnerships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.

- Some travel may be required (across Asia) but will be less than 15%. This may increase over time as the business evolves.
- Minimum of two (2) days per week in office is preferred for candidates located in Singapore.
