We are looking for a strategic and innovative Senior Manager, Talent Management & Diversity to lead and drive our strategic talent initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Establish the overall talent management strategies and frameworks to identify, prepare and position the right talent to drive organisational success.
- Liaise with senior business stakeholders and People & Culture Leaders to formulate and implement robust succession planning initiatives for leadership roles, ensuring future viability and alignment with business plans and direction.
- Lead the Talent Management team to partner People & Culture Leaders and 8 George Academy to formulate career development programmes that prepare our future leaders.
- Guide and advise senior business leaders and People & Culture Leaders in the management and communication of sensitive talent decisions.
- Lead initiatives to enhance talent engagement, satisfaction, and retention, utilising data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Implement the organisation's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
- Build a high performing talent management team.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have/be
- 8+ years of HR experience with a focus on talent management and organisational development, and at least 5 years leading a team.
- Graduate qualification, and IHRP certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability in conceptualization.
- Proficiency in data analytics and problem-solving, along with cognitive agility.
- Confidence and effectiveness in relationship building and stakeholder management.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively convey ideas and engage stakeholders.
