Proactively initiate business development activities to expand existing client base by identifying prospective corporate occupier clients
Act as the primary representative for clients and provide strategic real estate leasing transaction advisory service
Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative market analysis to identify potential properties, trends, and competitive dynamics that may impact clients real estate strategy
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key clients
Attend client and industry events to interact with clients and gain market knowledge
Assist in compiling and implementing the division's strategic plan and marketing strategy
Lead lease negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with clients objectives
Work closely with landlords and all stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any potential issues
Monitor and maintain stock and client database
Assist Team Lead in mentoring and managing junior tenant representatives while foresting a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field preferred)
At least 4 years real estate and leasing experience in commercial / industrial leasing
Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
In-depth knowledge of commercial products and lease structures.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proven track-record in working with multi-national corporations
