Managing a portfolio of clients, developing and maintaining client relationships
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, liaising with them throughout the engagement cycle
Actively promote team and personal profile to internal networks in order to promote collaboration and increase internal leads
Identify key client issues that represent opportunities for the Firm to capitalise on and play active role in securing it
Financial management, including developing and managing project budgets and billing to ensure profitable delivery of client engagements
Coaching and developing junior team members
Play key role in people development activities (coaching / mentoring) for less experienced team members
Requirements:
Degree in Economics, Business or Accountancy or obtained relevant professional qualifications
Min. 10 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm
Extensive experiences in transfer pricing tax environment
Excellent technical skills and commercial awareness
Strong interpersonal skills in developing internal and client relationships Sustains a high level of drive, shows enthusiasm and a positive attitude that translates across the team
Excellent project management skills
Experience of working in a Transfer Pricing Team within a large international consulting firm
