As a Senior Executive in Marketing Activations, you will play a vital role in supporting the activation of marketing projects for various nicotine delivery products, including traditional cigarettes, vaping, heat-not-burn, and other innovations. You will focus on assisting with project management and execution, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing plans are brought to life efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in the execution of marketing activation plans, including tracking timelines, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Work with the in-house and external Creative Team to support the development of POSM, tradeshow assets, and sales kits.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, Legal, etc.) and external suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of activations within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Support the planning and execution of tradeshows, ensuring all aspects such as logistics, activations, and supplier management are well-coordinated.
- Assist in preparing documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring accurate reporting of marketing activities.
- Provide support for digital marketing campaigns, including websites, e-commerce, and social media channels such as LinkedIn.
Qualifications & Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, Etc)
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or working in a creative agency.
- Basic project management skills and experience working with or within a creative team.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is required, with tobacco or alcohol industry experience as an advantage.
- Able to work independently, good organisational and time management skills, ability to multi-task.
- Flexible and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and is comfortable to present.
- Able to work and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
- Willingness and openness to learn.
