- Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with brand objectives, enhancing product promotion and brand awareness through various channels.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand market dynamics and support trade marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, POS displays, and promotional content to boost product visibility.
- Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
- Support CRM loyalty program development and implementation, tailoring initiatives to enhance customer retention and engagement.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in FMCG or beauty industry preferred.
- Proven experience in trade and retail marketing, branding, lead generation, and CRM.
- Basic proficiency in spoken and written Chinese for communication with overseas counterparts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, resourceful, and capable of working independently and in teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
