Our client, a pioneering AI startup based in Suntec City, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive/Coordinator to join their innovative marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects in the AI industry and work closely with seasoned professionals, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and Director.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, paid ads, and content marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, product, sales) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Maintain marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and on-time project delivery.
- Manage daily operations of marketing tools like CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and automation platforms.
- Support the implementation and optimization of marketing workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using metrics such as conversion rates, CAC, and ROAS.
- Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of marketing and customer data, including effective segmentation and targeting.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams for smooth handoff of marketing-qualified leads and support lead nurturing initiatives.
- Assist in producing and distributing marketing content that aligns with overall strategy and brand guidelines.
- Track marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate invoicing and billing.
- Coordinate and support marketing activities related to events, webinars, and trade shows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing executive, coordinator, or similar role.
- Proficient with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and social media management platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Experiences And Knowledges
- Experience in marketing outsourcing from small and medium-sized companies, not large ones, working closely with startups and new products.
- Experience in staff management.
- Knowledge and literacy of WEB 3.0 or an interest in the trade. AI, the main product of CMS, is directly related to the trade.
- Experience in managing communities because of planning to form small communities in each country, and Singapore will be the main gate for them.
- Experience in brand management to grow the brand internationally.
