About The Role
We are focused on expanding our enterprise business across the APAC region, and enterprise growth is a top priority. This role is crucial to lead the development and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies that drive new customer acquisition, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and long-term revenue growth. This position will help us deepen our relationships with high-value enterprise clients and grow our presence in new and existing markets.
As The Senior Marketing Manager, You Will
- Lead the APAC enterprise marketing strategy and execution, owning pipeline and revenue targets and focusing on outbound growth, ABM, and market expansion.
- Develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns in collaboration with the regional and global marketing team and Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Work with sales to build and refine the target account list, and coordinate on SDR involvement and inbound funnel monitoring.
- Own the regional enterprise brand strategy, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging in all marketing channels.
- Brief and guide junior team members in project delivery.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives to grow revenue within existing enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and partners to explore new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with tier-one partners.
- This is a hands-on role where execution is a key element.
What Experience/qualities You Need To Bring With You
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise marketing across the APAC region, with proven experience developing and executing ABM strategy.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through marketing in high-value accounts, ideally within a B2B tech environment.
- Experience in collaborating closely with sales and partner teams to align on market expansion and customer engagement initiatives.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to brief and guide marketing specialists to support execution.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to optimize campaign performance and make strategic decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
