Job Description

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports
  • Working with the sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Overseeing social media marketing strategies and content marketing
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
  • Experience in marketing and running a marketing team
  • Excellent leadership and organizing skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and focus on achieving high performance
  • Ability to handle pressure and effectively resolve complaints and issues
  • Willingness to work overtime on weekends or PH when necessary
