About the Team | Manager

This role is part of a dynamic team in the Asia Pacific region, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and working in close collaboration with the Senior Pricing Manager. The position works within a matrix structure with diverse contacts, including AP Marketing, Pricing, and Product Management teams, as well as key global stakeholders. The team provides a supportive environment with opportunities to gain exposure across business units and product lines.

About the Job

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be central to driving pricing strategies and implementing marketing initiatives for the product group. Your role includes leading pricing and profitability efforts, managing margin optimization, and collaborating with regional teams to align pricing with strategic goals. You'll also serve as a key contact for margin analysis, supporting the quotation process and delivering business insights to inform pricing decisions. Additionally, you'll develop marketing plans, conduct competitive analysis, and oversee product portfolios to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity, including CAPs maintenance and new product launches.

Skills and Experience Required

To excel in this position, you should have:

• A degree in marketing, business, or a science-related field.
• 10 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on pricing or finance roles, ideally within an MNC.
• Strong understanding of cost elements, profitability drivers, and a pricing-oriented business acumen.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to present business cases to stakeholders.
