To drive maintenance activities to maintain high efficiency of the equipment and minimise machine downtime as per KPI.
To lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of machine delays especially on mechanical faults.
To develop and implement maintenance plans on all equipment to minimise downtime.
To monitor cost as per KPI, maintain inventory of spares, liase with vendors and partners and to coordinate activities with other departments to ensure efficient operation.
To develop, plan and implement automation projects to improve machine safety, reduce human intervention and maximise productivity.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent studies
Minimum 2 years in the maintenance field
Experienced in automation, mechanical & electrical maintenance in a manufactoring environment
