Global compliance & safety team is dedicated to developing comprehensive capability on compliance and privacy to ensure sustainable business growth in the long run. Global compliance and safety team will focus on the following areas:
- Support the design, development and iteration of ads solution from compliance and privacy perspective, identify and mitigate risks to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Develop a comprehensive compliance and privacy protection mechanism/solution based on specific business scenarios and make the business a trustworthy platform to all partners through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Compliance Program Manager will focus on building and enhancing the compliance capability of the corresponding business, ensuring sustainable business growth
- Drive the compliance review of business proposals, identify compliance/privacy risks and find viable risk mitigation measures, ensure timely delivery
- Establish compliance-related mechanisms, manage the compliance review process in a systematic way to ensure the safety of business proposals
- Summarize compliance/privacy related requirements and cooperate with business team to implement compliance capabilities
- Form the long-term strategic direction of business compliance, and drive compliance capability construction in a proactive manner
- Build and maintain good collaborative relationships with stakeholder teams to earn more support for the business
- Build passionate and energetic team
- BA/BS degree or above, cross-functional working experience is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in compliance operations or 2+ years of team management
- 3 years of experience in product/digital advertising/consulting/strategy area, product management experience is preferred
- Understanding and experience in compliance, public policy, law and regulation is a plus
- Strong learning ability, self-driven ability, sense of responsibility, logical thinking and stress tolerance
- Excellence in communication skills and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
