Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing and implementing network solutions including LAN/WAN, VPN, WLAN
- Manage L3 network infrastructure issues and network firewalls
- Provide subject matter expertise in all aspects of supporting, implementing and managing an enterprise network environment
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements, managing initial response, resolution, and communication processes
- Manage tickets of high complexity, conducts advanced and complicated tasks, and provides resolution to a diverse range of complex problem related to network operations and security
Job Requirements
- Degree or relevant qualifications in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise network environment
- Certifications in CCNA/CCNP/ITIL will be highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, and BGP and firewalls
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
